## Controlling Fresh-Bundle Addendum

After the original staged-ledger audit, Athena produced an isolated numerical
research bundle at `athena_run_20260714`. It contains candidate rows, computed
realms, a count grid, and scenario tests. This addendum controls any earlier
sentence in this document that could be read to mean that no numerical research
output exists at all.

The isolated bundle does **not** satisfy the definitions above. Its candidate
rows lack row-level retrieval/cutoff provenance, reviewer/crosscheck evidence,
and durable source snapshots; its named input hashes are not accompanied by
bundle paths or copies (the upstream event ledgers retain the same row-level
provenance gaps, while rating provenance is stored separately); its
lineup/availability layer is not an auditable ledger; and it has no
mechanical C4 selector, complete contradiction proof, final card, common hashes,
or all three signatures. Its calculations remain provisional research, not
admissible inputs or a legal S10/C4. See

## Admissible Data Lemma

A is false.

The review table contains 32 staged rows, 16 for France-Spain and 16 for
England-Argentina. It contains zero model-valid rows, zero rows with
parse_status=ok, zero rows officially crosschecked or reconciled, and zero
review timestamps. Five rows lack a source-retrieval timestamp; five omit a

is PRE-LOCK / NOT C4 LOCKED / NO MARKET GUIDANCE.
