# C4 Proof Status

## Blocker theorem

Let `G_realm` mean that every required comparable-opponent realm has both its
minimum raw count and `n_eff` at the declared epsilon policy. Let `G_lineup`
mean that both teams' final official lineups and material availability are
reconciled before the declared freeze. Let `G_proof` mean that every required
contradiction attack, stability test, deterministic selection rule, and
artifact identity check has passed. At this snapshot, Argentina has
`n_eff=3.074 < 5.0`, so
`G_realm = false`; `G_lineup = false`; and `G_proof = false`.

Therefore no four-node set is legally disclosed: `C4 = undefined`, with
`legal_c4_count = 0`. Final lineups alone cannot cure the realm failure.

This proves only the current publication state. It makes no claim about the
eventual match score.
