# Why This Card Can Fail

Locked C4: `2-1, 1-2, 3-1, 1-1`.

This card can fail if the match state is lower than the BTTS thread or more chaotic than the single high-draw containment branch.

1. Belgium clean sheet: a 1-0 or 2-0 would mean the model overtrusted USA current scoring and Balogun availability.
2. USA clean sheet: a 0-1 or 0-2 would mean the model underweighted the home block and Belgium attacking friction.
3. Belgium clean-sheet cushion: a 2-0 or 3-0 would mean the model found the cushion direction but wrongly required USA to score.
4. USA cushion: a 1-3 or 0-2 would mean the host/star pressure index was underweighted.
5. High draw: a 2-2 would mean the draw branch should have taken the high-total slot instead of 3-1.
6. 0-0: would mean knockout caution and block quality dominated every scoring input.

Failure standard: if the regulation score finishes outside C4, Turtle's current protocol is below practical standard for this test and must pause for method rebuild.
